Dora the Explorer at the Zoo

What was supposed to be a relax trip to the zoo to meet Dora the Explorer ended up with us doing so much more than 2 trips combined, one thing leads to another. What a day... we had a BLAST!

After waiting for 20 minutes in front of the stage with a crowd of very excited kids, Dora finally appeared with Boots. Chaos! Parents started pulling their kids to the steps to get onto the stage, for a moment, I lost her in the crowd. Thank goodness, we managed to have her in the Q and up there in one piece. I was so relieved that Chloe did not freaked out by the commotion and jostling crowd. There she is, waiting patiently for her turn to shake hands with Dora.

Finally, she got to say hi to Dora and Boot! Thrilled.....

What is she up to? Going behind Dora to check out her backpack, making sure she had it on. She came down very happy and contented telling me, 'Dora has her backpack.'. Yes, that girl is geared up for the show.

She is going to be so happy when I print this out for her. Dora, Boots and Chloe!

Recharging with junk food before my little explorer starts her journey.

Okay, the goats will not bite her hands off since they only eat shoots and leave, yah? I'm more worried for the goats than the other way round cos she wants to put her whole hand in to 'sayang' this fellow and her TLC might just be a little too much for this guy.

I have to drag her out of the falabella's stable and stopped her from climbing into the rabbit's corner. Yes, she's just so happy to see them up close and wants to cuddle all of them.

On the caurosel, this thing makes my head spinned.

At the Australian Outback exhibit. Wallabies and emus. We were waiting for the wallabies to hop out of the enclosure and it did! Run, Chloe! Yes, she chased after it.

Gotcha! Giving it a good pat. It did not stay long in one stop and she was going after this guy, too bad we missed the feeding time, probably with food it might just stay long enough for them to have a nice chat over greens and milk.

The Himadraya baboons.

The infamous white tiger.
My relax outing is getting very fruitful by now, more to come....

Our boat ride on Seletar Resevoir, which brings us back again to the Kidz Rainforest World.

And we ended our trip with a horse carriage ride.

Nope.... wait. I ended the trip carrying a sleeping Chloe running out from the zoo. The rain is coming and it did pour buckets as we drove off.
